Good4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the good4d platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the good4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the good4d platform.
To use good4d's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms under Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
- Register using your own identity and not on behalf of another party.
Good4d reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed immediately.
Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at good4d. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. good4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Contact good4d's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Account Suspension & Closure
Good4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of these terms, attempts to manipulate the platform's systems, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, existing balances may not be refunded, subject to case-by-case assessment.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the good4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). We do not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods include FPX (direct bank transfer) and TNG eWallet.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. good4d is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party eWallet providers. Any failed deposits should be reported to the support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. good4d reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Withdrawal processing times are subject to internal policies, which may change from time to time.
Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to process fraudulent transactions, use another person's payment details, or manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Good4d users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with the terms set out herein. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the functioning of good4d's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Taking any action intended to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the good4d platform.
Users are fully responsible for any actions carried out through their accounts. good4d is not liable for any losses resulting from users' irresponsible use of the platform.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Good4d provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure from all threats. good4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or internet connectivity issues.
Intellectual Property
All content on the good4d platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of good4d or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from good4d.
Third-Party Links
The good4d platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. good4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
Good4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the good4d platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the good4d platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
